Drafting For Mere Mortals
PadCAD is an easy to use drafting app designed for small projects such as home additions, small remodeling projects and site-surveys. With PadCAD, anyone can produce clean, clear drawings with their iPad or tablet. PadCAD was designed with ease of use, speed and mobility in mind and is NOT a full blown CAD application. For small projects, it just works. PadCAD is ideal for general contractors, small architectural firms, appraisers and real-estate professionals. PadCAD has a shallow learning curve, but be sure to read the instructions provided with the application to make full use of it. PadCAD is free to download and try. You just can't save or export your drawings with the free version and must upgrade to be able to save. The upgrade costs $14.99. PadCAD is free to download and try out but it will not save your drawings. All the other functions are enabled, allowing you to test every feature of the app. You must upgrade the app to be able to save your drawings. The upgrade costs $14.99.
